As I get ready for tomorrow’s service, I cannot shake these words:
“Eye has not seen, nor ear heard…The things which God has prepared for those who love Him.”
1 Corinthians 2:9
We quote that verse often…
But sometimes we stop too soon.
The very next verse tells us that God reveals these things to us through HIS SPIRIT.
In other words…
There are things God has prepared that cannot be discovered through natural sight, human reasoning, or what everybody else is saying.
WE NEED THE HOLY SPIRIT TO SHOW US WHAT GOD IS DOING.
I have watched God do incredible things at Dream City Church.
People have been SAVED.
Families have been RESTORED.
Lives have been CHANGED.
People have been BAPTIZED.
Children and teenagers are encountering JESUS.
We have watched God open doors that once looked completely impossible.
And yet…
I DO NOT BELIEVE WE HAVE SEEN THE BEST OF WHAT GOD HAS PREPARED.
“THE BEST IS YET TO COME” is not just a cute church slogan.
It is the conviction that God is STILL working…
STILL preparing…
STILL revealing…
And STILL writing our story.
Not because we are talented enough.
Not because our plans are perfect.
Not because everything is easy…
But because GOD IS FAITHFUL.
So do not sleep through what God may want to reveal to you tomorrow.
Do not let a difficult week keep you away from the place where God may speak the exact word you need.
Get your family together.
Bring somebody with you.
Come expecting the Holy Spirit to move.
Because something GOOD has been prepared…
And maybe tomorrow is the day God begins revealing it.
THE BEST IS YET TO COME…
See you at Dream City Church!
